On September 28 on the initiative of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and by the USAID Supportto the RA NA Program (SANAP) and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit/the International Cooperation Company of Germany (GIZ) the second sitting of the Working Group of Non Financial Indices Elaboration of Budgetary Programs. The main goal of the Working Group is the elaboration of non financial indices in the budget. In the first phase the Committee worked out the non financial indices of the budgetary program of the criminal-executive services. Now works are underway on the budgetary program of the NA legislative services.

Kristine Grigoryan, Head of the USAID Support to the RA NA Program Component, has noted that in the elaboration works of the non financial indices of the budget the NA Standing Committees are already involved for more than one year. In her word, the representatives of the relevant institutions and the RA Ministry of Finance are also involved in the works.

The Working Group predicts to submit the final results of the non financial indices of the budgetary programs at the end of October, in order if necessary, they will be included if not in 2016, then in the draft state budget of the following year.
