On April 30 within the framework of the NA “Open Doors” programme the Deputy Speaker of the RA National Assembly Hermine Naghdalyan hosted the pupils and teachers of the secondary schools of Myasnikyan and Daralik communities of Armavir Marz. Meanwhile, those guests took a tour of the building of the parliament, as well as observed the deputies’ work.

Welcoming the guests Hermine Naghdalyan presented the work of the legislative body of the republic and the inner-political situation. The NA Deputy Speaker also touched upon the events dedicated to the Armenian Genocide Centennial, as well as the Armenian-Turkish and the Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.

According to tradition, the schoolchildren had an opportunity to address questions to Hermine Naghdalyan. They were particularly interested in the situation on the border and the victims, educational programmes and tuition. The schoolchildren of Armavir were interested in the activities of the religious groups in Armenia.

At the end of the meeting the pupils and the teachers have been taken photo with the NA Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan in the NA Session Hall.
