On February 14 the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs in the working procedure discussed the draft law “On Investigative Commission of the Republic of Armenia” and the enclosed legislative package. The RA Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan, representatives of the RA Police and investigative bodies took part in the discussion.

The members of the Committee presented their recommendations and remarks to the RA Minister of Justice, and both sides submitted admissible formulations.

The revised version of the legislative package in the first reading will be debated at the regular, February 21 sitting of the Committee.
