On September 25 the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport moderated by Artak Davtyan. The RA NA deputy Hrant Bagratyan introduced the RA draft law “On Sizes and Order of Financing the Science in 2013-2017” authored by him, where he proposed to raise the expenditures of the sphere of science.

The Chairman of the State Committee of Science of the RA Ministry of Education and Science Samvel Harutyunyan presented the negative position of the government.

Hrant Bagratyan took back the document addressed to the Committee by Artak Davtyan’s proposal to jointly debate it within the framework of the legislative initiative of the RA Government.
