Inconsistencies in the licensing sphere to be regulated by legislative initiative

Providing permission in simplified order is designed in case of licensing of the state of the legal entities of foreign states for being engaged with the licensing activity not being designed place requirement by the decision of January 19, 2023 of the Government. The RA Deputy Minister of Economy Rafayel Gevorgyan said this, presenting the addenda being proposed in the law On Licensing for debate in the first reading at the NA regular sitting on September 11.

Place requirement for the activities of the nuclear, radioactive materials and wastes, export and import and is not designed. As the Deputy Minister assessed, providing permission in simplified order for that sphere is not expedient. Simplified order will not be for the kinds of the mentioned activities by the proposing addendum, but license will be provided in the established procedure.

The member of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Hovik Aghazaryan presented the endorsement of the Head Committee and called on his colleagues to vote for it.
