At December 9 extraordinary sitting, the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs debated in the second reading the package of draft laws on Recognizing the HO-6-N Law on Making Amendment to the Law on State Registration of Rights to the Property of January 22, 2020 Invalid and on Making Amendments to the HO-495-N Law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on State Registration of Rights to the Property of December 9, 2020.

The executive body proposes to recognize the above-mentioned bills invalid in order to eliminate the existing inconsistencies in laws.

The RA Head of Cadastre Committee Suren Tovmasyan noted that after the first reading, proposals related to the drafts were not presented.

The Committee endorsed the legislative package.
