On December 1, at the sitting the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs in the first reading debated the package of draft laws On Recognizing Invalid the Law HO-6-N of 22 January 22 2020 on Amending the Law on State Registration of Rights towards Property and on Amending the Law HO-495-N of 9 December 2020 on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on State Registration of Rights towards Property.

The Head of the RA Cadastre Committee Suren Tovmasyan has noted that the law passed on January 22, 2020 will enter into force on January 1, 2022. The Article 14 of the second law designs that after January 1, 2022 the provided architectural-plan task, the construction permissions, the projects, the construction completion acts and operation permissions are submitted to the Cadastre Committee by the local self-government bodies via electronic means.

The package of draft laws was endorsed. The item will be debated within 24-hour regime at the regular sitting.

The debate of a number of draft laws included in the agenda was postponed up to two months because of the key rapporteurs.

The Committee members in the second reading debated and presented their positive positions on two legislative packages and one bill.
