On July 30, the NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment moderated by Vahe Ghalumyan debated in the second reading the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Land Code.

The purposeful importance of the using plot for building the greenhouses, livestock, poultry, fruit-vegetable refrigerator preservation, agricultural product recycling farms and the fish breeding artificial lakes during 10 years after changing it by the owner’s initiative the existing difference of the plot cadastre value should be paid to the state budget.

The Deputy Head of the RA Cadastre Committee Narine Avagyan noted that the draft law had been revised after the first reading on the basis of the proposals presented by the Committee Chair Vahe Ghalumyan and the Government. The authorized body of the government will set the list of the farms processing the agricultural product.
