On November 6, at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Vahe Ghalumyan and Artak Manukyan the allocations designed for the implementation of territorial administration, delegated powers by the draft law on the RA State Budget for 2021 were debated.
The Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan presented the expenditures designed to the communities, Ararat, Armavir, Gegharkunik, Lori, Kotayk Shirak, Syunik, Vayots Dzor and Tavush Regional Administrations for the coming year.
The RA Deputy Minister of Regional Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan has noted the expenditures designed by the financial document. The rapporteur in detail introduced the programmes to be implemented and financial allocations in the next year.
to Yerevan Deputy Mayor Sergey Nersesyan, the grants being allocated to Yerevan community by the draft law, the subvention expedient allocations and the donation being given by the principle of financial leveling. As the rapporteur informed, the abovementioned forecasts comparatively changed compared with the current budget year, and particularly the budget execution for the delegated powers to the Mayor of Yerevan was decreased.
The purposeful allocations being designed to Yerevan community increased, and by the principle of financial leveling, the donation remained unchanged.
