At July 8 extraordinary sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs, moderated by Babken Tunyan two legislative initiatives were debated in the second reading.

The Chairman of the State Property Management Committee Narek Babayan presented the draft law on Approving the 2018 Annual Report of the Programme Execution of the State Property Privatization for 2017-2020.

The Committee also debated the amendments being proposed in the law on State Duty. The RA Deputy Minister of Economy Avag Avanesyan informed that the Government accepted the recommendation made by the Committee Chair Babken Tunyan during the period from the first to the second reading.

As a transitional provision it has been proposed to apply the law from 10 September 2019.

The debated initiatives were endorsed.
