On April 3, at the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and Protection of Human Rights moderated by Gevorg Kostanyan debated the draft law on Amending the Decision of 16 December 2016 of the RA National Assembly on Approving the RA National Assembly Working Order.

The RA NA Deputy Speaker Arpine Hovhannisyan, the NA deputies Karine Atshemyan, Edmon Marukyan, Artak Zeynalyan, Gevorg Petrosyan expressed their viewpoints on the draft law.

The draft law with the endorsement of the Committee was proposed to include in the draft law of the agenda of the third session of the sixth convocation of the National Assembly.

The RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Tadevos Avetisyan presented the draft law on Amending the RA Law on the RA Holidays and Memorial Days.

The Committee debated the report on the Activity of the Central Electoral Committee for 2016-2017 by the presentation of the Chairman of the Central Electoral Committee Tigran Mukuchyan.

At the sitting moderated by Gagik Minasyan the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs debated the RA draft law on Ratification of the Loan Agreement Additional Financing for the Programme of the Improvement of the Irrigation Systems between the Republic of Armenia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The key speaker, the Chairman of the State Committee for the Water Management of the RA Ministry of Energy Sub-Structures and Natural Resources Arsen Harutyunyan detailed the draft law.

The Chairman of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs Gagik Minasyan positively assessed the works done.

The bill was proposed to include with the endorsement in the draft law of the agenda of the RA NA regular sittings.
