On March 24, Artur Baghdasaryan, President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia,  received Eimert van Middelkoop, Senator of the Senate of the Dutch Parliament.

During the meeting issues of inter-parliamentary cooperation were discussed. An agreement was reached to organize conferences on democracy development problems within the framework of “New Democracy”programme  jointly with the Dutch Parliament in Yerevan and The Hague.

Artur Baghdasaryan, NA President, conveyed his gratitude to the Dutch Parliament for the recognition of the Genocide, which will prevent the repetition of such crimes.
