By the decision of the RA NA Speaker Ara Babloyan, under Article 100 of the RA Constitution and Article 41 of the RA Constitutional Law NA Rules of Procedure, at the initiative of the RA Government, on December 12, at 12:00 an extraordinary sitting will be convened by the initiator’s established agenda.

The RA NA Speaker informed that, according to the document of the RA Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan, the RA draft law on Referendum has been removed from the draft agenda of the extraordinary sitting and the RA draft law on Amending the RA Tax Code with the enclosed package.

Four sittings of the extraordinary sitting with one and a half hour duration will be held every day.

At the RA NA extraordinary sitting, according to the decision adopted by the NA, some draft laws regarding the tax sphere would be debated in a special procedure:

After approving the agenda the deputies launched the debate of the legislative draft laws.

The RA Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan presented for debate in the first reading the legislative package on Amending the RA Law on the RA Budgetary System and on Amending the RA law on State Duty.

The Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs Gagik Minasyan presented the endorsement of the Committee.

The RA NA deputies Mane Tandilyan and Vardan Bostanjyan and the RA NA Deputy Speaker Mikayel Melkumyan presented their viewpoints on the package.

The parliament debated in the first reading the draft law on Amending the RA law on Tax Service with the enclosed legislative package presented by the RA Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Armen Hayrapetyan presented the draft law on Ratifying the Loan Agreement.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Davit Ananyan presented the package of the draft laws on Amending the RA Tax Code and the enclosed draft laws and the draft law on Amending the RA law on Profit Tax for debate in the first reading.

The Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Khosrov Harutyunyan presented the endorsement of the Committee on the draft laws.

During the exchange of thoughts the RA NA Deputy Speaker Mikayel Melkumyan, the RA NA deputies Aram Sargsyan, Ararat Mirzoyan, Mane Tandilyan, Gevorg Gorgisyan and Khosrov Harutyunyan touched upon the issues concerning them.

Davit Ananyan thanked the parliament for the concerned debates.

Afterwards the draft law on Amending the RA law on Joint Stock Companies, presented by the RA Deputy Minister of Development and Investments Tigran Khachatryan, was debated in the first reading.

The draft law on Amending the RA law on the RA Budgetary System and the package of the enclosed bills presented by the RA First Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan was also debated in the first reading.

The Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs Gagik Minasyan presented the endorsement of the Committee on the bills.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan presented for debate in the first reading the draft law on Amending the RA Civil Code.

The member of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs Armenuhi Kyureghyan positively assessed the amendments under proposal.

The package of the bills on Amending the RA law on Notary and on Making Addendum to the RA law on State Duty, the package of the draft laws on Amending the RA law on Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts and on Amending the RA law on Prevention of Domestic Violence, Protection of the Persons Subjected to Domestic Violence and Restoration of Solidarity in the Family, and on Amending the RA law on the RA Central Bank.
