On July 10, the RA National Assembly continued the work of the extraordinary session. The deputies Hrayr Tovmasyan, Mane Tandilyan and Nikol Pashinyan continued expressing their viewpoints on the report on the Activities of the RA Prosecutor’s Office for 2016.

The RA NA Factions (Way Out – Nikol Pashinyan, RPA – Gevorg Kostanyan) expressed the viewpoints of the factions on the report.

In his final speech the RA Prosecutor General Artur Davtyan touched upon the deputies’ speeches, gave clarifications and assured that the raised items will be debated and considered.

The report on the Activities of the Central Electoral Commission was debated.

Afterwards the Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission presented for debate the report on the Activities of the Central Electoral Commission.

The RA NA deputies Nikol Pashinyan, Naira Zohrabyan, Gevorg Kostanyan, Gevorg Petrosyan and Artak Zeynalyan expressed their viewpoints on the report .

The RA NA Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov delivered an extraordinary speech, highlighting the activities of the Central Electoral Commission in all phases of the parliamentary elections held in April of this year.

The NA deputies Edmon Marukyan and Gevorg Kostanyan expressed the viewpoints of the factions on the report.

In his final speech the CEC Chairman Tigran Mukuchyan touched upon the concerns voiced during the debates.

The RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan presented for debate the annual report on Situation of the Activities of the RA Human Rights Defender for 2016.

The RA NA deputies Gevorg Petrosyan, Nikol Pashinyan, Artak Zeynalyan, Mihran Hakobyan and Vahe Enfiajyan expressed their viewpoints.

The RA NA Deputy Speaker Arpine Hovhannisyan has delivered an extraordinary speech and underlined that a qualitative document is presented, which is deprived of populism and is built on professional basis.

The RA NA Deputy Speaker Mikayel Melkumyan gave an extraordinary speech and touched upon the voiced concerns and recommendations.

The RA NA Factions (Way Out – Edmon Marukyan, Tsarukyan – Naira Zohrabyan, RPA – Hrayr Tovmasyan) presented the viewpoints of their factions on the report.

In his final speech the RA HRD Arman Tatoyan thanked the parliament for constructive speeches and touched the raised issues. The Ombudsman expressed readiness for cooperation with the MPs.

Covering the agenda the parliament ended the work of the extraordinary session.
