On June 23, at 14:00, in the RA NA Gilded hall the RA NA Speaker Ara Babloyan and the Judith Farnworth, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Republic of Armenia will sign a Letter-Agreement, by which the Government of the United Kingdom designs to implement a project on capacity-building for the RA National Assembly. The immediate executor of the programme will be the International Center for Human Development in the RA National Assembly.
