On May 31, the RA National Assembly continued the work of the extraordinary sitting. The deputies welcomed the students of Yerevan State University, who were observing the NA extraordinary sitting.
The Speaker of the RA National Assembly Ara Babloyan informed about the candidates Gevorg Petrosyan, Hakob Nazaryan and Nora Arustamyan who received the maximum votes from the territorial electoral lists N 1, 3 and 7 of Tsarukyan alliance.
The bills debated in the first reading on the previous day were completely considered and adopted in the second reading.
The Chairman of the National Commission on Television and Radio Gagik Buniatyan informed that the package of bills on Amending the RA Law on Television and Radio and on Amending the RA law on State Duty was added by the recommendation submitted by the NA Way Out Faction.
The RA First Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan informed that the draft law on Amending the RA Law on Legal Acts presented for debate in the second reading was not amended.
The NA Deputy Speaker Arpine Hovhannisyan presented the endorsement of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and Protection of Human Rights.
The draft law on Amending the RA Law on International Treaties was submitted for the deputies’ debate in the second reading.
By Artur Hovhannisyan’s presentation the parliament debated the legislative package on Amending the RA Law on Social Guarantees of State Officials and on Amending the RA Law on the RA Inspection Bodies, which was revised.
In his co-report the Chair of the NA Standing Committee on Health Care and Social Affairs Hakob Hakobyan presented the endorsement of the Committee led by him.
Gevorg Kostanyan expressed the viewpoint of the NA RPA Faction on the abovementioned legislative package.
Artur Hovhannisyan also presented for debate the draft law on Amending the RA law on the Structure of the RA Government with the enclosed package.
