On February 28, a group of teachers and pupils of Yerevan Nikol Aghbalyan N 19 School visited the RA National Assembly within the framework of the NA Open Doors programme.

The children took a tour in the building of the National Assembly, listened to the history of the creation of it and attended the four-day sittings of the National Assembly, observing the legislators’ work.

The Speaker of the National Assembly Galust Sahakyan met with the pupils and conducted the open lesson.

In the warm and direct atmosphere the children addressed their numerous questions to the Speaker of the National Assembly. Galust Sahakyan answered with love the questions concerning the kids, talked with them about the parliament and the deputies’ activities, the strengthening of the Armenian army, football in Armenia, as a kind of sports to be developed and other issues.

At the end of the meeting the children were taken a photo with the Speaker of the National Assembly in the NA Plenary Session Hall.
