On November 4, at the joint sitting of the RA National Assembly Standing Committees on Health Care, Maternity and Childhood and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Ara Babloyan and Gagik Minasyan the financial means to be allocated to the sphere by the RA Law on the RA State Budget for 2017 were debated.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan and the RA Minister of Health Care Levon Altunyan presented the financial allocations.

At the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committees on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Artak Davtyan and Gagik Minasyan the financial means to be allocated to the spheres of science, education, culture, Diaspora, sport, youth and information designed by the RA draft law on RA State Budget for 2017 were debated.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan submitted the volumes of the financial means being allocated to the mentioned spheres, and the heads of the spheres – the RA Minister of Education and Science Levon Mkrtchyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Culture Artur Poghosyan, the RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan - presented the programmes and works to be done in 2017.

At the end of the joint sitting the other responsible officials of the spheres – The RA Minister of Sport and Youth Hrachya Rostomyan, the Deputy Chair of RA Television and Radio National Commission Zhirayr Dadasyan and the Member of the RA Public TV and Radio Company Council Stepan Zakaryan - also submitted the programmes relating to the spheres and answered the MPs’ questions.
