RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan Conducts Open Lesson
1 / 4

On September 13, within the framework of the NA Open Doors programme a group of teachers and pupils of Yerevan Alexander Pushkin N 8 General School visited the RA National Assembly. The RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan conducted the open lesson. Welcoming those present, the NA Speaker has noted that the parliament is the place where political forces, disputing with each other, are able to find the best solutions for the issues regarding different spheres.

Galust Sahakyan has noted that the RA Constitution is the basic law of the country, from which other laws stem, and the National Assembly holds its sittings according to the constitutional provisions.

During the sincere talk the pupils addressed questions of their concern to the NA Speaker, which he gladly answered.

The issues mainly related to the procedures of presentation and debate of legislative initiatives, steps  to the development of the economy and encouragement of investments.

The Head of the Parliament urged the pupils to study well, get qualified education and become the best specialists in their chosen sphere.

Let us note that before the meeting the pupils took a tour in the parliament and attended the NA sittings.

At the end of their visit the teachers and pupils were taken a photo with the RA NA Speaker.
