On April 15 in the city of Poznań the RA NA Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov had a working discussion with the Deputy Speaker of the Belarusian Parliament, the Co-Chair of Armenia-Belarus Committee on Cooperation Viktor Guminsky. Issues concerning the development of parliamentary bilateral, as well as multilateral cooperation were on the agenda of the discussion. Issues related to the organization of the joint works in the international parliamentary organizations were also discussed.

Eduard Sharmazanov presented to his colleague the details of the military aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan at the beginning of April, the Azerbaijani authorities’ criminal encroachments and their consequences.

Talking about the works of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly, the RA NA Deputy Speaker expressed his concern in the following way: “The positions of the CSTO member states cannot in any way contradict the official position, which, unfortunately, is noticeable in several countries during recent days.

The sides also discussed in detail issues regarding the further works of the Inter-Parliamentary Committee on Cooperation between the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.
