Azerbaijan has escalated military adventurous campaign against Nagorno Karabakh and its people for already three days, deliberately targeting at civilian population, including shooting of schools and publicly dishonoring of corpses.

We call on our parliamentary counterparts in the European Union, the Middle East and America to join us in this call on solidarity and to condemn this regular crime by the oil autocracy.

We urge you to make sober assessment and to take immediate decisive steps towards returning the process into the framework of OSCE Minsk Group and towards eleminatin of bloody clashes.

It’s extremely offensive to find equalization attempts in the messages of our international counterparts, when your opponent is a corrupt dictatorship. Such “diplomacy” does not contribute to sustainable and peaceful settlement of this conflict.

We ask our Parliamentary counterparts to convey this call to the diplomatic circles in their countries.”
