On February 16, the draft “On Amending the RA law on Social Guarantees of the Persons Occupying State Posts” authored by Hrant Bagratyan was debated at the NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs moderated by Hakob Hakobyan.

The key reporter Hrant Bagratyan presented the revised version of the draft law, the goal of which was to provide social guarantees for the RA Prime Minister and Minister of different times.

The RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan introduced the endorsement of the RA Government on the draft law.

The draft law was endorsed: it will be included in the draft agendas of the ninth session of the NA fifth convocation and the February 22-25 four-day sittings.
