The RA National Assembly President’s congratulatory message reads:
“Dear Mr Sargsyan, I congratulate you on the occasion of your 75th birth anniversary.
Science has been enriched with substantial researches and discoveries due to your works and studies that enjoyed international recognition. Your scientific contribution is weighty especially in the sphere of machinery and robotechnics, and with your rich scientific-pedagogical activities you have promoted the progress of the scientific thought and the development of the engineering education in Armenia.
Once again congratulating you on your birth jubilee, I wish you health, new successes and all the best.”
