On January 27, the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs moderated by Vardan Ayvazyan in the first reading debated the draft law “On Amending the RA law on State Duty.” Armen Yeghiazaryan, the key speaker, the State Institution National Center for Legislative Regulation Director, has assured that the conditions of the business activities will be improved.

The Committee also debated the draft law “On Amending the RA Law on Inventions, Useful Models and Industrial Species” in the first reading. Armen Yeghiazaryan presented the advantages of the draft law.

The package of the draft laws “On Nature Protection and Nature Utilization Payments,” as well as “On Amending the RA law on Nature Protection Payment Tariffs” submitted by the RA Government was also debated in the first reading. The key speaker, the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Vakhtang Mirumyan presented the reasons of the elaboration of the package of the draft laws.

The three draft laws submitted for debate with the endorsement will be included in the draft agendas of the NA ninth session and upcoming four-day sittings.
