On November 3 the expenditures envisaged for the implementation of the activities of the legislative, executive and judicial bodies by the RA draft law “On the RA State Budget for 2016” were debated at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on State and Legal Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Hovhannes Sahakyan and Gagik Minasyan respectively.
The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan introduced the financial indices for different branches of power.
The Chief of the Presidential Administration Vigen Sargsyan presented some financial indices envisaged by the draft state budget. He also submitted non-financial indices which are envisaged to carry out in 2016.
Vigen Sargsyan also informed that the preparation of the RA President’s visits, the receptions of the heads of the states, the high ranking state officials, official delegations arriving from abroad, as well as organizing the RA President’s visits to the marzes also requires large scale and responsible work.
The RA NA Chief of Staff-General Secretary Hrayr Tovmasyan presented the expenditures and revenues envisaged for the implementation of the activities of the parliament by the draft state budget for 2016. He touched upon several problems connected with the expenditures for computers and repairing works and proposed to allocate additional money for 2016.
The RA Minister-Chief of Staff of the Government Davit Harutyunyan has noted that the services being directly rendered through different departments of the Staff of the Government and other political events are mentioned in the draft budget for 2016.
Those responsible for other spheres has also noted that in 2016 a big part of the envisaged financial expenditures and revenues will be allocated for the regular increase of the salaries and the electricity fee.
On the same day the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Territorial Administration and Local Self-Government and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Stepan Margaryan and Gagik Minasyan respectively was held.
The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan submitted for the deputies’ debate the financial allocations to be given to the communities in 2016, and the heads of the marzes and their deputies, the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Kamo Areyan presented the programmes and the financial means.
Pavel Safaryan has informed that the sums, donations and subventions, envisaged for the expenditures of 910 communities of the republic in 2016 are counted and will be allocated with the same amount of the current year.
