RA NA President sends a Letter of Condolence on the Occasion of Gurgen Dalibaltayan’s Death
1 / 1

The RA NA President Galust Sahakyan sends a Letter of Condolence on the occasion of Gurgen Dalibaltayan’s demise.

“I am deeply saddened by the renowned military and public figure, Colonel-General Gurgen  Dalibaltayan’s death.

Military service was not an ordinary work for Gurgen  Dalibaltayan, but honour and devotion, to which he stayed adhered to through his whole life and activity within Armenia and abroad, both on the battlefield and command and observation posts, while planning military activities, commanding and implementing them.

Gurgen  Dalibaltayan’s name is linked to the lasting pages of modern history of the Armenian armed forces. He was at the threshold of the formation and of the sustainability of the Armenian Army. He participated in this process by the call of the Motherland, returning to Armenia , actively participating and greatly contributing both to the defense of the Armenian borders and liberating the occupied territories of Artsakh as a skillful military. That enthusiasm and specific dignity of an officer would never leave him.

I sincerely offer my condolences to Gurgen Dalibaltayan’s family, relatives, friends and comrades-in-arms and share their grief”, reads the NA President’s Letter of Condolence.
