National Assembly Continues the Work of the Four-day Sittings

On October 22 the National Assembly continued the work of the four-day sittings.

The deputies continued the debate of the legislative package of the draft law “On Tax Exemption on the Activity in the Borderline Rural Communities” and the relevant laws.

The key reporter, the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Vakhtang Mirumyan continued answering the deputies’ questions.

The Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Vardan Ayvazyan presented the endorsement of the Committee. The Committee Chairman noticed that the legislative package would have a positive impact on the social-economic situation of the borderline rural communities and the business environment would get activated.

Questions and recommendations were addressed to the Committee Chairman.

The NA Deputies Heghine Bisharyan, Levon Dokholyan, Hakob Hakobyan, Hovhannes Margaryan, Edmon Marukyan, Samvel Farmanyan, Zaruhi Postanjyan, Ishkhan Khachatryan, Khosrov Harutyunyan, Artsvik Minasyan expressed their viewpoints concerning the issue under debate.

The debate of the issue will continue at October 23 sitting.

By the established order of the RA NA Rules of Procedure at the Wednesday last sitting the members of the Government answered the deputies’ questions.
