Debating the recommendation of the President of the Republic of Armenia on declaring amnesty on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of declaration of the Republic of Armenia and led by paragraph 1 of the Article 81 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia the National Assembly made a decision, where it gives in detail the list of the citizens amnestied.
