On September 23 the Head of Armenia-Egypt Friendship Group and the member of the Group Heghine Bisharyan met with the Egyptian journalists who arrived in Armenia on cognitive visit.

The interlocutors touched upon the friendly relations between Armenia and Egypt, the regional issues, as well as the inner-political developments of Egypt. The Armenian parliamentarians noted that they were constantly following the political situation in Egypt and expressed hope that after the presidential elections to be held at the end of this year the situation would be stabilized in the country.

Mkrtich Minasyan and Heghine Bisharyan also answered the Egyptian journalists’ questions.
