On June 4 the next plenary sitting of the Youth Parliament (YP) adjunct to the RA NA Standing Committee on Education, Science, Culture, Youth and Sport was held.

After approving the agenda the members of the Youth Parliament debated the draft law “On Amending the Administrative Procedure Code.”

Azatuhi Simonyan presented the draft law “On Amending the RA Criminal Code,” by which the publicly denial, acquittal of the Armenian Genocide perpetrated in the Ottoman Empire or in the Western Armenia is punished by penalty.

The YP deputies by voting adopted the debated draft laws.

The young parliamentarians also debated the draft laws “On Amending the RA Land Code,” “On Amending the RA Law on the Allowances of Temporary Invalidity,” and “On Amending the RA Law on Turnover Tax.”
