Dear children and parents,

I cordially congratulate you on the occasion of one of the brightest days, Children’s Day. The children are the bearers of society’s future and the task of our state and society is to provide them with healthy, careless, joyful and happy childhood.

I also especially congratulate the parents, who bear on their shoulders the mission of surrounding the children with family warmth, upbringing with healthy soul and dignified generation. The holiday is also obliging, as everybody has the responsibility to provide a praiseworthy shift.
