On February 2 the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs was held moderated by Hakob Hakobyan. The draft law “On Amending the RA Labor Code,” which was submitted by the author of the bill, the NA deputy Ruzan Arakelyan.
Arayik Petrosyan, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, submitted the negative conclusion of the Government on the bill under the debate.
Debated with the committee’s endorsement the bill will be included in the agenda of the NA Spring Session.
Debates of a number of draft laws were postponed up to 30, 40 and 60 days.
