The RA NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan sent a telegram of congratulations to Petros Efthymiou, OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President: "On behalf of the RA National Assembly and personally me I congratulate you on the occasion of your re-election to the office of President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and I wish you success in your work.
