On June 23 the Parliament began the works of the third day of the extraordinary session by voting. The National Assembly passed all the bills debated the day before and ratified three international agreements.

After ratifying the agreements the parliamentarians turned to the consideration of the legislative package proposing amendments and addenda to the RA Laws “On Self-Government,” “On the Water Users Companies and Water Users Associations” and the Water Code.
In the third reading deputies completely adopted the draft law “On Waste Removal and Sanitation” as well as the initiative of the Government “On Local Duty of the Vehicle Parking.”
The bill “On Making an Addendum to the Law on Taxes,” as well as the package “On Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Criminal Code” and “On Amending the Code On Administrative Infringements” passed the second reading.
Covering the agenda the Parliament ended the work of the extraordinary session.
