On April 29 the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs presided over by Vardan Ayvazyan convened the regular sitting for submitting the endorsement to the National Assembly on the draft laws.

RA Deputy Minister of Economy Karine Minasyan presented the bill on Making Amendments and Addenda to RA Law on Joint-stock Companies.

The NA deputies also debated the package of bills On Making Addenda to RA Law on Profit Tax and on Making Amendments and Addendum to RA Law on Value Added Tax, which presented RA Deputy Finance Minister Suren Karayan.

The Committee endorsed the two draft laws for including them in the agendas of the session and upcoming four-day sittings.

The Committee debated and endorsed the package of bills submitted for the second reading on Making Addendum and Amendments to RA Law on taxes, on Making Addendum and Amendments in RA Code on Administrative Infringements, on Amending the RA Law on Payments of Compulsory Social Insurance and the bills on Making Addendum to RA Law on Environmental and Nature Use Payments, on Moving Dangerous Loads and Non-Damaged Jars by Automobile Transport.
