On September 9 the NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs presided over Hrayr Karapetyan debated the package of the bills proposing amendments and addenda to RA law on Provision of Security of Road Traffic and amendments in a number of laws.

The Committee also debated the RA draft laws on making amendments and addenda to RA Law on Service in the Police and on amending the RA Law on Approving the Disciplinary Regulations of RA Police.

The Committee endorsed the debated bills for including them in the agenda of September 14-16 sittings of the eighth session, and proposed to include the Disciplinary Regulations of RA Armed Forces in the session agenda and send it for international expertise.

The NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs presided over by Vardan Ayvazyan debated two namesake bills on amending the RA law on State Duty.

The Committee debated the package of bills on making amendment and addendum to RA law on Taxes and proposing amendments in a number of laws.

The RA draft laws on making addenda and amendments in RA Code on Administrative Infringements and on making addenda and amendments in RA Criminal Code were debated too.

The Committee endorsed the bills to include them in the agenda of the four-day sittings.

The Committee also debated and endorsed the bills on Approving the 2009 Annual Report on the Implementation of 2006-2007 Programme of Privatization of the State Property and on Amending the RA Law on State Support of the Small and Medium Entrepreneurship presented for second reading.
