On May 17, the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs debated legislative initiatives in the second reading at the convened sitting.
The Head of Migration and Citizenship Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Armen Ghazaryan presented the bill on Making Addendum to the law on Refugees and Asylum.
The initiative is related to the definition of more distinct mechanisms and procedures of the control by the NGOs in the accommodation of asylum seekers.
As the rapporteur informed, the initiative was not amended from the first to the second reading.
As the RA Deputy Minister of Justice Levon Balyan presented, the bill on Making Amendments and Addenda to the law on Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Acts.
It is designed by adoption of the initiative to more specify the structures and provisions of spreading penalty on the salary of the debtor physical person and on other kind of incomes.
According to the rapporteur, during the period from the first to the second reading the initiative was not amended.
The Committee also debated the legislative package stipulating amendments to the laws on Public Service, on Notification of Activity Implementation and on State Duty.
The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Karen Karapetyan informed that there were no proposals after the first reading.
