The RA Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan informed that incident took place as a result of border adjustment: stampede took place, then – clash, which resulted in undesirable consequences.

“Along the whole border, in one part the RA border forces, in the remaining parts – the RA Armed Forces perform combat duty. The problematic part continues to be specified. The society knows already the reasons how the well-known cases took place,” the Minister of Defense said.
