The deputy of the RA NA Civil Contract Faction Lilit Stepanyan inquired about the discussions of the OSCE Permanent Council Special Meeting from the Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.

Ararat Mirzoyan informed that the Special Meeting was held on the initiative of Armenia, where he gave a speech. According to the Minister, the discussions went on in closed format. As Ararat Mirzoyan assessed, the international community has a rather distinct picture on the processes going on around the Lachin corridor.

“I think that this international position will sooner or later result in distinct outcomes,” he said, meaning the public positions of the parliaments of different countries and the departments of Foreign Ministries.

The Foreign Minister received this impression, listening to the speeches followed his speech.
