The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Narek Mkrtchyan answered that one of the important functions of the united social service is the medical-social expertise. According to the Minister, at present a draft law is circulated, which proposes the beneficiaries of the Insurance Foundation for Servicemen, who from the beginning had second degree of disability and, as a result of re-examination received third degree, will return into the second degree group for three years.
