The introduction of Unified Bid system is carried out in order to introduce the “interoperability” platform between One Stop, One Window RA foreign trade platform and the state administration bodies, as well as for the software solution, as a result of which it is planned to fill out and download the application for obtaining licenses and permits, as well as their accompanying documents electronically,” the Deputy Minister of Economy Armen Arzumanyan said, presenting the draft law on Amending the Law on Notification of Activities for debate in the first reading.

According to the Deputy Minister of Economy, persons carrying out activities subject to notification are given the opportunity to notify or to send the necessary documents through the Permit Documents system, available on the website.

It was also noted that the need to develop the draft law is due to the requirement to fulfill the points of the decisions of the Government of December 2014 and the Prime Minister of October 2019.

Armen Arzumanyan stated that our citizens will easily receive all the documents related to the notification of the implementation of the activity.

The Committee members endorsed the bill.

The issue was debated at the regular sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs on November 30.
