On behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and myself, I am sending my warm congratulations and best wishes to you, the deputies of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh and all Artsakh-Armenians on Independence Day of the Republic of Artsakh.

In order to face geopolitical tectonic upheavals, internal and external threats, we, more than ever, should be united, consolidated and strong for the sake of preserving own homeland, statehood, freedom and independence of the people.

Eternal glory and bowing to our brave heroes who fought for the preservation of independence and statehood, who sanctified the Armenian land with their blood.
