During the NA-Government Q&A session, the NA deputy Sargis Khandanyan referred to the statement of the President of Azerbaijan made after the meeting with the European Council President Charles Michel, in which Aliyev said that the five principles proposed by Azerbaijan will play a key role in drafting a peace agreement. The deputy submitted questions from different circles and clarified whether this means that the six principles proposed by Armenia will be taken out from the general agenda. Sargis Khandanyan also inquired when the negations will start.
