The draft with addenda to the law on Customs Regulation and the enclosed package of draft proposes to change the model of organizing the state bodies’ work and implement a number of functions through the bodies permanently deployed in the state border checkpoints.

As the RA SRC Chairman Rustam Badasyan has assured, it is distinctly affirmed that the border troops of the national security bodies and the customs bodies implementing customs control, carry out functions on the state border.
