On March 23, during the NA-Government Q& A, the deputy of the Armenia Faction Yelena Kirakosyan inquired the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Narek Mkrtchyan about the possibility of discounts being provided in the higher educational institutions to the participants of 44-day war.
The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Narek Mkrtchyan informed that an opportunity was to the students who took part in the 44-day war to change their profession in different programmes.
