The RA NA deputy of the Armenia Faction Gegham Nazaryan referred to the issues on the settlements in Armenia on the border with Azerbaijan, in particular, the housing issues. He noted that the banks do not provide loans for building a house. Gegham Nazaryan inquired whether the Government had discussed the issue on building apartments in border areas.

The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Narek Mkrtchyan answered that there are various programs being discussed in the Government to facilitate the life of the residents of border communities and to make a number of services available. The mentioned topic will also be discussed.
