The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan presented for debate in the first reading the legislative package on Making Addendum to the RA Civil Code and on Making Addendum to the Law on State Border.

It is designed to give opportunity the leaseholder and the lessor to set out the right to cross the border of the transport means being subject to leasing by the leasing contract and its restriction. The aim is to ensure the returnability of the through the transport means being subject to the leasing.

Artur Davtyan voiced the endorsement of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs.

The amendments and the addenda being proposed to the law on Identification of and Support to Persons Subjected to Trafficking in Human Beings and Exploitation.

According to the RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Tatevik Stepanyan, it is designed to regulate the problems emerged during the enforcement of the law, as well as correspond the law with the new Criminal Code.
