On March 16, the RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment Protection moderated by Vahe Ghalumyan debated in the first reading the proposing amendments in the RA Code.

The RA Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan has noted that an inter-department working group was formed by the Ministry, and its goal is to raise the problems existing in the building sphere, the debate and the revision of the relevant structures for their solution. As a result of studies made, legislative amendments to the RA Land Code were proposed related to the expansion of the plots of land for the reduction of the obstacles existing in the building sphere and the improvement of business environment.

The draft law was endorsed.
