Vahram Dumanyan has answered that the initiative is from higher educational institution: the resources and the conditions do not meet the full activity of the ASUE Yeghegnadzor Branch. According to the Minister, there is an opportunity to continue the activity, and that opportunity is under the domain of the higher educational institution.
