On February 19, on the birthday of the All-Armenian Poet Hovhannes Toumanian, which is also celebrated as a Book Giving Day, the Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs Taguhi Tovmasyan announced a competition on her Facebook page.

The winners were chosen by the principle of chance and invited to the National Assembly.

On February 21, Taguhi Tovmasyan hosted the winners of the competition and gave as a present the book ‘Documents on the History of the Armenian Church.’ The deputy also presented the works of parliament.

The guests thanked the MP for the gifts and shared their impressions. They also visited the NA Museum and got acquainted with the history of the legislative body.

The visitors also prepared a surprise for the deputy: they gave books to her and wished effective work.
